Will a Sony Vaio bought from Canada work in the States?
I will be moving from British Columbia to Arizona this summer, and I would really love to bring my laptop. Will everything work on my laptop over there? Thanks ! :)

Nope, we use a different standard here. Our computers don't run on maple syrup, and you require a DVORAK keyboard. Also, WHY THE FRICK WOULDN'T IT WORK.

Any electronic item will work from any country as long as you get the right power converter or adapter to make it work. I'm not sure about Canada's voltage and amps as compared to the US though.

Probably. This is a little flaky but it falls between the cracks and you can probably get away with it. If you ar eoutside of the USA you do not need a visa to work for the US company but the H-1B will allow you to visit them as you require. And Canada does not care if you work for a non-Canadian company. What they care about is that you do not take a job from a Canadian.

Um... That would be something to ask the support. But I think it should work. You just might have a little trouble connecting to live because of the international part. BUT yes it should work.

Yes, the Xbox is the same every where. As long as the Xbox is running on a online system supported by Microsoft, then it will work online. If you play offline, it will play anywhere.

you dumb bruvv? yeh but only thing in france is that you might need a plug adaptor, doesn't north america have 2 plug holes as europe has 3?
