My daughter in law's mom is Canadian by birth. Can her daughter & family move to Canada & work if the are Amer?
Did she loose her chance to work & live in Canada? If not will my son be allowed to live & work there w/o denouncing his American citizenship since he was naturized.

canada does not allow more than 2 citizenships -the daughter in law can be a citizen and the child will have to wait a while but will eventually become a citizen.

Phone the Canadian Embassy and ask someone in the visa dept.
2 :
you need as visa to work in Canada your best bet would be a 12 month working holiday visa (if you qualify) you cant stay any longer than that unless your highly skilled
3 :
You can go to Canada as a tourist for up to six months but you may not work without a visa or access services .
4 :
you need to have a job, education and skills that are in demand and you can have a work permit that allows you to live in Canada for 1 to 3 years. but you must be educated, qualified and skilled to do one of the following jobs on this list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list

Can my husband work in Canada while he is a conditional resident of the US

Can my husband work in Canada while he is a conditional resident of the US?
My husband is from Canada. He moved to the US to marry me. We've already gone through AOS and he is a conditional resident. My question is if we live close to the US border, can my husband work in Canada still?

There would be no problem from the Canadian side. If he's a Canadian citizen, he doesn't lose that just because he has a US green card. Is there some restriction on him to travel? If he's allowed to go to Canada with his conditional green card, then he can work there. He might want to apply for a Nexus card to make his border crossings easier though. See http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/nexus/menu-eng.html for Nexus.

This should help. You should look around the internet to see if any are sponsoring foreign Nurses, from my understanding Nurses are in demand so sponsorship shouldn't be much issue. However,it takes a lot of time to gain the appropriate paperwork based on the Government's assessment at the province level so you may gain your License.
