YES

Certainly she can apply

If she has permanent resident status in Canada, your wife may work. Otherwise she must apply for that. As a spouse you can sponsor her:

Your wife needs to give up her status as a permanent resident of the U.S. and apply for permanent resident status in Canada. Neither government would condone the idea that a person can reside permanently in two countries at the same time. If she wants to work in Canada, you can get her landed immigrant status. If she gets landed status in Canada, she will forfeit her LPR status in the U.S. You can't play both sides of the fence at the same time.

Of course.

You can chip it later if it won't work
2 :
the power plugs will be different, but you should be able to buy an adapter
3 :
The games are region free on the ps3. That is to say any game from any region will work. I imagine a power adapter is what you'll need.

Where can I work in Canada for a few months

Where can I work in Canada for a few months?
I am looking for an agency that provides work in Canada. I have dual-citizenship and so I have Canadian citizenship but I've never lived there before. Therefore, in order to secure a job before I go, I'm looking for agencies that I could contact that foreigners use for temporary jobs in Canada. Anything in travel/tourism, administration, reception, sales or retail would be perfect. Any answers appreciated, Thanks.

If you have proof of Canadian citizenship, you don't need permission to work here. You have the right to work here without needing visa/permits. Try monster.ca.
2 :
There are no agencies that foreigners use for temporary jobs in Canada. Try Workopolis.ca You'll need a Canadian passport and birth certificate. Make sure you have health insurance, you are not eligible for Canadian services for up to six months.

Just do a search on the web and youĂ‚´re bound to find something. I typed in administration into Trovit and got these results: http://jobs.trovit.ca/index.php/cod.search_jobs/what_d.administration/

Work for what? Would it be sufficient to get a job? probably but it would depend on a job. The wait to get into Canada to work is very long. http://www.canadavisa.com/canadian-immigration-visas.html

Canada follows the same GAAP rules as the USA does. Just remember the tax laws are quite a bit different though and you will have to take some courses on those to work in Canada.
