I am looking for a new cell phone and I need to know of a website that would sell good quality cell phones for a cheap price. They also have to be able to work with Rogers Wireless, and work in Canada.. And help?

You can try modern mobile. They have unlocked phones (can work with rogers,fido,etc) that work worldwide.
