It's a scam. DO NOT send them money or personal information. The Marriott does not send out random emails for employment.

Yeah that's a scam. If you ever see an email for employment in Canada that you don't know about or did not expect, don't read it. I live in canada and I see a lot of messages telling me I just won a green card, which is just as big a scam as the message you got.
