Can my wife work in Canada while I am at Grad School there?
I was just wondering what my wife needs to do in order to work in Canada(specifically British Columbia) while I am attending grad school? Does she just need to obtain a work visa? Also, does anybody know what the unemployment rate is up north or is projected to be by fall of 2010? Are there any specific jobs that might be give my yankee wife a better look than others? Thanks in advance!

I already submitted my papers to one of the agencies but they're asking me for too much money. I really want to work there. If not in Canada, any english-speaking country. I'm a teacher. anyone can help me?

How do I get legal permission to work in Canada if I am an American citizen?
I am applying for a job, and got a return email stating they only hire those with "legal permission to work in Canada" ... what is required in order to get legal permission to work in Canada?

You cannot apply for a Canadian work permit if you are an American citizen unless you are a skilled worker that a Canadian company won't be able to find in Canada.
